You are encouraged to join the Friends of the Museum to support the Heritage Museum. Different levels of membership are offered. Membership envelopes are available at the museum, 206 Fellowship Street, or you may download a membership form.
Membership in the Friends of the Oktibbeha County Heritage Museum organization:
- Helps to preserve the heritage of the community
- Enhances the museum’s mission of collecting and interpreting local history and culture
- Offers tax-deductible fiscal benefits
All contributions (membership dues, gifts, and memorials) payable to the Friends of the Oktibbeha County Heritage Museum are tax deductible. The Friends of the Museum is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is annually registered as a charity with the Mississippi Secretary of State’s Office and the IRS.
Levels of Membership (per year):
- $15 — Student
- $25 — Senior Citizen / Retiree
- $30 — Individual
- $50 — Family
- $100 — Bronze
- $250 — Silver
- $500 — Gold
- $1000 — Heritage
