Festival of Trees

3rd Annual Festival of Trees

Join us for the 3rd Annual Festival of Trees. 

​

The event will take place November 6–7 and November 9, in conjunction with the Starkville Christmas Open House. 

​

The Museum will be decorated with a variety of trees and wreaths decorated by local businesses, organizations, and individuals. Visitors will be able to bid on the trees and wreaths to take home.  Our Friends Board will also decorate the Museum to make it a festive atmospher for all to enjoy.

The date for the 2026 Museum Miles: Race through History 5K run has been set for February 21, 2026.

 

The Oktibbeha County Heritage Museum 5K Run is a fundraising event aimed at bolstering the Museum's efforts to enhance and modernize the Museum and its exhibits. The race will begin and end at the Heritage Museum.
